Not sure if this message is being sent to the right person... I just wanted to say how appreciative I am for the assistance of this company.
This order was for a screen door in our house that we purchased many years ago and desperately needed repair parts so we didn't have to get a new door set. Yes, the wait for these parts was a bummer, but what really helped was receiving the updates along the way to let us know the status and that we weren't forgotten. Every time I got ready to email you guys, an updated status came through letting us know about our order. I was very happy when I initially reached out with a picture or my old roller part (whatever it is called) and your company was able to recommend which part would work so I didn't have to search or buy parts that might not work. I love that you have knowledgeable employees at your company. Thank you for standing by your product and helping your customers. The screen/sliding door set has been awesome, other than our dog running into it at full speed when chasing opossums.
